My
name is Carolyn Daniels. I first
ventured into real estate as a military
wife with fifteen years of finding,
renting, buying and selling homes. I
had thirteen addresses in those fifteen
years!
I
worked for a Defense Contractor for
over 14 years where I managed twenty-three
facilities. During that time I
dealt in facilities management, leases,
expansions, buildouts, renovations,
remodeling and from-the-ground-up-construction.
This has given me a background
in commercial properties, renovation,
remodeling, plans and interior design.
I then decided to use this previous
experience in the Real Estate profession.
I
have earned two degrees in Business
Administration, with a minor in Accounting
and in Human Resource Management. I
have also successfully completed a course
in Real Estate Appraisal, the Accredited
Buyer Representative (ABR) course and
the ebuyer course.
I
realize that the purchase or selling
of a home is one of the most important
and biggest financial commitments that
a person can make. My objective
is to communicate with you so that we
will meet the goal of the purchasing
or selling of your home. I hope
to make your experience as enjoyable
and stress free as possible.
I
am committed to helping you with the
real estate process, I feel that whether
purchasing a home or selling your home
it can be an adventure and I truly believe
that you are working towards a dream,
not a real estate transaction.
